The photo is of 87 Briarglen #27 in Woodbridge. This 2 bedroom condo is priced near the median selling price for homes in this ZIP; however, the price per square foot ($412) is above this ZIP’s median. Also, both Zillow and eppraisal estimate the value of this home to be approximately $350,000. This home has been on the market for approximately 5 months.

The Irvine Housing Report: The 92606 ZIP (Westpark and Walnut)

Up today is Irvine’s 92606 ZIP housing numbers. This ZIP includes the Westpark and Walnut neighborhoods. The photos are of 59 Del Cambrea, a three-bedroom, single-family home in Westpark, and 39 Royal Victoria, a four-bedroom condo in Walnut. Both have HOA fees and Mello Roos taxes, and both are priced near the overall median for homes in this ZIP. However, the price per square foot is considerably cheaper for the Royal Victoria home ($309/SF) than for the Del Cambrea home ($441/SF).

DataQuick Housing Numbers for Irvine’s 92606 ZIP: Walnut, Westpark, Columbus Grove

1305-abella-columbus-groveToday is a continuation of our survey of DataQuick’s housing numbers for Irvine broken down by ZIP. Up today is the 92606 ZIP, which includes Walnut, Westpark and Columbus Grove. The DataQuick numbers are for single-family residences, condos, and new homes.

The photo is of 1305 Abella, which is a Columbus Grove home that is priced near the overall median selling price of homes in the 92606 ZIP. On a price per square foot basis, this home, at $287 per square foot, is one of the most affordably priced homes in this ZIP. However, this 2006 Irvine condo has a Mellos Roos tax and a $300 per month homeowners association fee. If you want to avoid these fees but are interested in homes in this ZIP, check out the Walnut neighborhood homes. You are more likely to avoid these fees in that area.

The overall selling price for this home is $599,000; however, at $260 per square foot, this is one of the most reasonably priced homes in this ZIP.
